Purpose and consent
We use your enquiry to review your idea or report and contact you about it, with your consent. No advertising or newsletter subscription is added. You may use a pseudonym; country and links are optional.
Data collected
Name or pseudonym, email, language, role, selected country, message and up to three links; receipt, timestamps, acknowledgements and policy version. Spam prevention uses a short-lived irreversible connection-address marker. The full IP is not stored in the application database. Hosting infrastructure may keep separate technical logs. Do not submit identity documents, intimate details or information about other people.
Access and providers
Applications are encrypted in Netlify Database and accessed by the responsible person through a password and one-time-code protected staff inbox. Access and changes are logged. Resend sends staff a receipt and private inbox link, without the submitted contents. Namecheap forwards project email to a private Google inbox. Applications are not published.
International processing
The project operates from Argentina and uses foreign providers Netlify, Resend, Namecheap and Google, including processing in the USA. Resend sends from Brazil. Other countries may offer different protections from Argentina. The form requests separate consent to these transfers. You may choose not to submit. Provider policies are linked below.
Retention
Personal application contents are removed after 90 days from submission or the last Contacted status update. A daily check enforces this; only the receipt and activity trail remain. Rights and safety reports are retained until closure and for a further 90 days. Daily backups last three days; the latest publication backup remains until the next publication. Cleanup runs again after restoration. The responsible person handles email correspondence and its deletion separately.
Your rights
Withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion at hello@worldlysexreviews.com. Include your receipt if available; no identity document is required initially. Withdrawal ends further review and does not undo processing already performed. In Argentina you may contact the AAIP data protection authority. Language and 18+ preferences are stored on your device; staff sessions last 30 minutes. There are no advertising pixels or analytics.
